2021 Covid 19 Lockdown Updates
We're open again!
LEVEL 2 UPDATE!
As of Tuesday at 12.59pm we will officially be in Level 2!!! This means our stores will be open on Wednesday 8th September at 9am!! Exciting, we can't wait to see you back in our stores and make Click and collect available to you again.
Please note that you will be required to wear a mask, and sign in when you enter the shop until we are told it's safe to leave the masks at home! Please be kind to the staff if they ask you to pop a mask on or sign in, they're only doing their jobs and trying to keep themselve and our other customers safe!
For anyone not ready to leave the house just yet, we'll still be shipping packages Monday through Friday! And as always if you need our help please let us know!

Level 3 Update
We have decided not to open our stores at Level 3, we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. However we want to ensure the safety of our customers and staff especially as the Delta variant is more contagious then the previous strains.
You can still order what you need online and have it delivered to your door! We won't be charging for shipping until we are down to Level 2 and can safely open our stores!
If you are unable to order online please give us a call or email us and we'll get an order processed for you. We are processing orders Monday to Friday and our couriers are still delivering overnight at this stage.
Also if you know someone who might not be able to order online from us, please check in with them and give them our number so that they can get an order placed.
We recommend ordering a few days in advance of when you need your vape supplies so that it has time to reach you before you run out.
Another small note, if you choose to pay via Credit Card an invoice will be emailed to you as soon as our team are able to.
We understand this may not be the news you were after but the safety of our team and our customers is our highest priority.

With New Zealand in another Level 4 lockdown our stores will be closed until further notice. It's not all bad news though!!! Our online store will still be open and we'll still be processing orders from our warehouse. If you order before 1.30pm your order will be processed the same day (as long as we have proof of payment).
We'll be putting extra safety measures in place to ensure that our team are safe. We're also making shipping free while we're the whole country is in lockdown!
We've included a few tips below to help you get your order quicker:
1. For faster processing of your order if you're paying via bank transfer, please send us a screenshot of your bank transfer.
2. Your packages may take longer to arrive then normal. Couriers will be run off their feet over the next few days, so please be kind and if you're concerned about your package please email us.
3. If you have chosen credit card/debit card payment please keep a careful eye open on your emails as we will be sending you an invoice via email so you can pay by credit card/debit card. Once it has been paid it will be shipped. More details about this below*.
4. If you need to contact us, please email us. We'll be busy processing orders and wont always be able to answer the phone. You can email us on email@example.com

*If you've selected 'Manual Invoice - Credit Card' we will send you an invoice as soon as we are able to. You're invoice will be sent to the email address used to place your order. Please keep an eye on out for it and pay it as soon as you are able to. We can see these payments instantly and will get your order sent out as soon as we see the invoice had been paid.
